Pharmacist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy inventory management and stock control.
• Conduct medication therapy reviews to enhance patient health.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Train pharmacy staff on best practices and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Clinical Pharmacy

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR): Experience in managing EHR systems for patient data tracking.
