We are seeking a creative and passionate Hospitality Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating unique and inviting spaces that enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to completion in the hospitality sector.
• Create visually compelling and functional interior spaces for hotels and restaurants.
• Review and approve shop drawings and samples from vendors.
• Develop and implement creative design solutions that maximize space utilization.
• Support project managers in the execution of project deliverables.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in design reviews and client consultations.
• Prepare proposals and presentation boards for potential clients.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating hospitality design work

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality sector

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Visualisation

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Time Management

Certifications

• PID Certification
• Certified Interior Decorator

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
