• Develop risk management plans to identify and mitigate potential project pitfalls.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and shared with appropriate parties.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and budget status to senior management.
• Identify resource needs for each project phase and allocate resources accordingly.
• Motivate project teams by establishing a culture of success and accountability.
• Integrate best practices into project methodologies to enhance results.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
