Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer at Innovative Engineering Solutions, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and test mechanical systems and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement new technologies and materials for product development.
• Conduct cost analysis for design projects.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality materials.
• Participate in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Document all engineering activities for future reference.
• Assist in training sessions for new engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Experience in leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in engineering software: Familiarity with additional engineering design software such as ANSYS.
