• Conduct extensive testing (unit, integration, and performance) on new features.
• Guide the adoption of modern development tools and frameworks.
• Support continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and best practices within the development team.
• Evaluate new technologies and assess their impact on future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing software applications
