Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead various projects in Durban. You will oversee project planning, execution, and team coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Successful candidates will be adept at managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project goals and milestones.
  • Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare budget estimates and ensure financial monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for successful project execution.
  • Implement project management best practices for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
  • Continually assess project performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in project management
