HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will be integral to our HR team, overseeing a range of functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. A successful candidate will have a proactive approach to HR challenges and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide HR support to employees and management, answering queries and resolving workplace issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and support the performance management process.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for staff.
• Maintain employee records and files in compliance with regulations.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Postgraduate studies in HR are preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of HR experience preferred, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement
