Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Dynamic HR Solutions, you will be integral to our HR team, overseeing a range of functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts.
• Develop training and onboarding materials to improve new hire experiences.
• Monitor and analyze employee feedback to inform HR strategies.
• Assist management with HR compliance matters and audits.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training needs.
• Implement HR technology tools for improved employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Postgraduate studies in HR are preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of HR experience preferred, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement
