Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational development projects from conception to completion.
  • Advise department heads on best practices for improving team performance.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee development initiatives.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all organizational practices.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented programs.
  • Guide the talent development strategy to align with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates to management on organizational development efforts.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to promote successful initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in organizational development or HR consulting roles
