Job Description

As a Language Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of language training programs tailored to diverse learner needs. You'll lead a team of language instructors, ensuring effective course delivery and positive learner outcomes while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and review program documentation and instructional materials.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to enhance program visibility.
• Research and implement best practices in language instruction.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share best practices and resolve challenges.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for language programs.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations to promote language learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Linguistics
• Master's degree in Education preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in language program coordination

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
