Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve IT-related issues raised by users.
• Set up new hardware and provide technical support for LAN/WAN.
• Ensure all systems and applications are running smoothly.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Provide documentation and procedural updates.
• Coordinate with external vendors for support and maintenance.
• Educate users on best IT practices.
• Assist with video conferencing setups and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Education

• Matric, with further IT certifications
• IT diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• LAN/WAN
• Apple OSX

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices: Familiarity with IT security protocols and practices.
