• Draft detailed documentation including user stories and use cases.
• Work closely with developers to ensure alignment on projects.
• Perform system testing and assist with bug resolution.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within teams.
• Create reports and dashboards for project tracking.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
• Participate in project planning sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in business analysis or a related field
