Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all project specifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and control project budgets to adhere to financial goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess project weights and issues.
• Utilize project management tools to track and manage project progress.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation aligns with project needs.
• Oversight of subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality output.
• Facilitate change management processes in line with project demands.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assess project performance using the right metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's in Project Management or related field
• Additional certifications in Agile Management are a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of leadership experience in project management

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
