We are seeking an innovative E-learning Developer to join our Durban team. As an E-learning Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging online learning experiences. The ideal candidate is familiar with instructional design principles and comfortable working with various e-learning tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics to assess learner engagement and course effectiveness.
• Design surveys and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions on the use of e-learning tools.
• Maintain and update online course content as needed.
• Actively participate in professional development to enhance skill set.
• Work collaboratively with other educational staff to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in developing online learning content

Technical Skills

• Graphic Design Software
• Assessment Design

Certifications

• Adobe Captivate Certified
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
