Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to assess and enhance the driving skills of individuals who have had their licenses suspended. Your role will involve creating personalized training plans, delivering practical sessions, and providing feedback to improve overall driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the driving capabilities of individuals with suspended licenses.
• Design and deliver practical training that focuses on safety and compliance.
• Ensure all training materials are up to date and relevant.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to enhance learning.
• Prepare and submit reports on driver training and progress to management.
• Participate in staff training sessions to improve instructional techniques.
• Develop relationships with local authorities and organizations for collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Qualified driving instructor certificate

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years driving experience and 2 years as a driving instructor

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach and instruct effectively

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent

• Experience with driving simulators: Hands-on familiarity with using driving simulators for training.
