We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Girdler to join our team. The Girdler will be responsible for performing various tasks related to girdling processes and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate girdling machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor production output and minimize waste during processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues.
• Document all production activities and machine settings accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Perform tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Implement feedback from quality control on improvement processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in girdling or related manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills

• Girdling machine operation
• Quality control techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience with specific girdling machines: Hands-on experience with various models of girdling machines.
