We are seeking a Fleet Operations Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to improve fleet performance, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the strategic direction of fleet management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate fleet performance metrics.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance fleet efficiency.
• Monitor and manage the fleet maintenance schedule.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in fleet operations.
• Generate actionable insights from performance reports.
• Support the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles.
• Maintain compliance with local traffic regulations.
• Create training materials for fleet operations.
• Assist in developing policies for fleet usage and safety.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement fleet initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Professional certification in fleet management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Certified Fleet Management Professional (CFMP)
