Job Description

The Chief Sustainability Officer will be the driving force behind our sustainability efforts. You will develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategies to boost sustainability practices within the organisation.
• Engage with government bodies regarding sustainability legislation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of sustainability performance metrics.
• Facilitate workshops on sustainability for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage communications regarding sustainability initiatives.
• Advocate for eco-friendly practices within the company culture.
• Prepare reports for executive management on sustainability progress.
• Research and implement innovative sustainability technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in sustainability or related field, with 5 years in a leadership role.
