Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Project Manager who has a proven track record in driving projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will excel in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are well-planned, executed, and delivered on time. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities are key to navigating challenges and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to coordinate tasks and priorities.
  • Oversee project execution and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Track project performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Drive communication with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
  • Facilitate team problem-solving sessions to address project conflicts.
  • Develop and manage project budgets to ensure budgetary constraints are adhered to.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project)
