Responsibilities

• Lead the design of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Assess and resolve design challenges during the planning and construction phases.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods for their sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Engage with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Encourage creative problem-solving within the design team.
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts through project showcases.
• Participate in professional development and continued education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
• Master's degree in Architecture or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the field of architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• BIM Software
• Presentation Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Client Management

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in 3D visualisation software: Experience with CGI and architectural rendering tools.
