Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs that prioritize strength, safety, and sustainability.
• Utilize advanced engineering software to analyze stress and load conditions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Cooperate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Supervise junior engineers and provide mentorship.
• Facilitate communication with clients regarding project updates.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods ensuring industry standards are met.
• Actively participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Provide technical expertise during construction and project execution.
• Ensure all projects adhere to best practices in engineering ethics and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of structural engineering experience

• AutoCAD

• STAAD Pro

Certifications
