Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our vibrant medical team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients while ensuring the highest standard of care is met. You will play a crucial role in improving the health of the community and building strong relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine medical examinations and health checks.
• Diagnose ailments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle changes and preventive care.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide follow-up care.
• Work closely with medical staff and administration to improve service delivery.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment responses accurately.
• Facilitate patient referrals to specialist services when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Additional qualifications in Family Medicine or General Practice preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
