With a strong focus on collaborative work, you will engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their vision is accurately reflected in the architectural outputs.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives and ensure they are met through defined KPIs.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct project-related training and onboarding as needed.
• Input project data into company software for tracking and accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align project goals with market needs.
• Develop post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
