Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on site and engage in inspections.
• Analyze and modify current design processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to management.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to minimize injuries.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability.
• Assist in the training and development of new engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects with a focus on design and management

• Project Scheduling Software

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
