• Build a sales pipeline and manage client communications effectively.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
• Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Develop creative strategies to overcome sales objections.
• Educate clients on product offerings and benefits.
• Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies and campaigns.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences as required.
• Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
• Mentor junior sales staff as needed.
• Maintain an understanding of product compliance and regulations.

• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Sales Techniques Proficient in employing effective sales techniques to achieve targets.
• CRM Software Experience with CRM tools to manage client interactions.
• Communication Skills Exceptional ability to communicate with clients and team members.
• Negotiation Skills Strong skills in negotiating terms and closing deals.
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Conversational)

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to converse fluently in both English and Afrikaans.
• Experience with digital sales techniques: Knowledge of online sales strategies and e-commerce is a plus.
