Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Build a sales pipeline and manage client communications effectively.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop creative strategies to overcome sales objections.
  • Educate clients on product offerings and benefits.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences as required.
  • Assist in product launches and promotional activities.
  • Mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  • Maintain an understanding of product compliance and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a consulting environment
