Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Monitor patient outcomes and provide follow-up care as necessary.
• Assist with medication therapy management.
• Provide guidance on over-the-counter medications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Prior experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
