Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical models and simulations to test system performance.
• Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.
• Run quality assurance tests to validate design specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot design-related problems efficiently.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material specifications.
• Train and support technical staff in mechanical systems management.
• Evaluate new technologies for implementation in design projects.
• Participate in project budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in mechanical engineering with a strong focus on design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with renewable energy systems: Experience in designing Renewable Energy Systems is a plus.
• Experience in Robotics: Knowledgeable in robotic systems and automation practices.
