Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Non-Profit Program Officer to lead and manage community-focused projects in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, a passion for social change, and a commitment to making a difference in our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative programs that meet community needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure comprehensive program delivery.
  • Engage with beneficiaries to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Draft comprehensive reports for stakeholders and funders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Maintain databases and records related to program activities.
  • Participate in fundraising efforts and network with potential donors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or similar field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in non-profit program management
