As the Fundraising Manager at Charity Connections, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative fundraising strategies. Your role will involve coordinating fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and ensuring the sustainability of initiatives that support our impactful programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive fundraising plans and timelines to achieve financial goals.
• Engage with the community to enhance awareness and support for fundraising initiatives.
• Generate reports on fundraising activities and donor engagement for leadership.
• Utilize digital platforms to expand fundraising reach and donor acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory fundraising guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or donor relations

Certifications

• Fundraising Certificate from AFP
