We are on the lookout for a passionate Creative Director to lead our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Art Direction and a knack for turning creative visions into reality. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards while inspiring your team.

Responsibilities

• Shape and direct the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the team.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that capture attention.
• Assess and report on the performance of creative projects post-launch to measure success.
• Participate in networking events to represent the agency and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, or a related field
• Master's degree in a creative field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design-focused roles, with substantial leadership experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles: Understanding of user experience design will be a plus.
