Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Impregnator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for impregnating materials with resin and other chemicals according to our strict standards. The role requires a keen attention to detail and a focus on quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate impregnation machines and ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare resin mixtures for impregnation processes.
• Monitor and adjust machinery settings as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document results accordingly.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures and repairs.
• Support the production team in achieving daily goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Technical Skills

• Understanding of resin mixing processes
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of quality assurance systems: Knowledge of QA processes in manufacturing.
• Experience with inspection protocols: Familiarity with methods of evaluating product quality.
