• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and analysis

Technical Skills

• ANSYS
• C++

Soft Skills

• Team leadership
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Aerospace Quality Management System Auditor
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with aircraft systems integration: Hands-on experience integrating various aircraft systems for functionality.
