• Train and lead junior staff on engineering principles and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree highly regarded

Experience

• Proven 5+ years of experience in structural engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• International Building Code (IBC) certification
• LEED Green Associate certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
