Job Description

We are in search of an Environmental Engineer to join our dedicated team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental projects aimed at minimizing environmental impact and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site assessments, and provide technical expertise to support sustainable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside engineers and scientists to promote environmental research.
• Monitor project timelines and maintain documentation.
• Assist in developing environmental policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of environmental programs and practices.
• Engage in continuous research to keep up to date on environmental trends.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related discipline
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering roles
