Job Description

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance production flow.
• Manage projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Engage with suppliers to improve input materials and negotiate better contracts.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards.
• Evaluate new technologies to support manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or related roles
