UX Research Analyst

Job Description

As a UX Research Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences by conducting in-depth research and analysis. You'll collaborate closely with designers and developers to turn insights into actionable improvements, ensuring our products meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance user experience across digital products.

• Communicate effectively with design and engineering teams to align on user needs.
• Collaborate on sprint planning sessions to prioritize user research tasks.
• Help mentor junior team members in UX research methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proven skills in A/B testing: Experience in conducting A/B testing to optimize user experiences.
