Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Political Science teacher to join our department. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of political theory, international relations, and public policy, as well as a commitment to mentoring students and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions on contemporary political issues in seminars.
  • Implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students.
  • Contribute to policy formation within the department.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Encourage student participation in political debates and forums.
  • Conduct workshops and guest lectures from external experts.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect in the classroom.
  • Publish educational materials and contribute to academic journals.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Political Science or a related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or active research
