Pad Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Pad Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of pad machines in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure production targets are met while upholding our rigorous quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate pad machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform machine adjustments and calibrations as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel during machine servicing.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical diploma in manufacturing or engineering preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations
