Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies for new and existing software.
• Perform regression testing to ensure software stability.
• Manage and document defects in tracking systems.
• Adhere to best practices in QA methodologies.
• Train and mentor junior QA staff on processes and tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Facilitate communication between project teams regarding quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
