Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a passion for organizing memorable events, from corporate functions to private parties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of event themes.
  • Manage event logistics, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Prepare event materials and promotional items.
  • Provide on-site coordination during events for smooth execution.
  • Communication with participants and clients before and during the event.
  • Evaluate event success and provide reports to management.
  • Stay current with event industry trends to enhance offerings.
  • Collect and analyze feedback for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
