Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of event themes.
Manage event logistics, including transportation and accommodations.
Prepare event materials and promotional items.
Provide on-site coordination during events for smooth execution.
Communication with participants and clients before and during the event.
Evaluate event success and provide reports to management.
Stay current with event industry trends to enhance offerings.
Collect and analyze feedback for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Event Management or related field
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
