Job Description

As an Allied Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient recovery and improving their quality of life. This position involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans while applying your specialized skills in various therapeutic methods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical and emotional conditions to establish the care approach.
• Create and execute therapy sessions that focus on rehabilitation and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care strategies.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques they can perform at home.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions to promote health education.
• Assist in the development of health and wellness programs tailored for community needs.
• Research and introduce new therapeutic techniques as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in allied health, specializing in therapeutic roles
