Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Engage with clients to ascertain project requirements and expectations.
  • Supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Evaluate project progress and provide updates to executive management.
  • Establish relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to communicate status updates and address concerns.
  • Enforce safety and quality control measures on job sites.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline
  • Additional management qualifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
