Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of connecting talented individuals with outstanding career opportunities. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with successful candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment preferred
