You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of healthcare services and improving patient care processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting health services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility to enhance patient care.
• Assess and respond to patient needs and feedback.

• Analyze performance data and develop actionable strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
