Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into meaningful information through analysis.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Partner with the IT department to refine and improve data management processes.
• Evaluate and improve existing data management systems and processes.
• Train team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations based on data insights to upper management.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a related role
