Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician in Cape Town who will play a crucial role in providing technical support within our IT Support and Administration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve user issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Develop solutions to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain security of IT systems and data.
  • Provide reports on IT performance metrics.
  • Stay current with IT trends and advancements to recommend changes.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to enhance user experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support

Languages
