• Conduct complex dental surgeries and administer anesthesia as needed.
• Evaluate and update treatment protocols for patients.
• Work closely with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver quality care.

• Manage patient referrals to specialists when necessary.
• Conduct regular quality assessments of dental services.
• Promote a positive patient experience through excellent service.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences.
• Develop patient education materials to encourage proper dental hygiene.
• Participate actively in clinic meetings and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Dental Surgery or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant dental practice experience
