Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through networking and referrals.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and client needs.
• Evaluate and process clients' insurance applications efficiently.
• Educate clients on the benefits of different insurance plans and policies.
• Follow up with clients regularly to address any questions or concerns.
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Track and analyze sales metrics and performance data.
• Attend training sessions for product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance sales or advisory roles
