Responsibilities

• Design and optimize layout of manufacturing workspaces to increase productivity.
• Analyze equipment and technology to assess performance and maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify alternative materials and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety in the manufacturing environment.
• Lead project teams aimed at promoting sustainable engineering practices.
• Prepare reports detailing project progress and impact on operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Project Management

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering with a focus on process improvement

Certifications
