Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget.
• Develop and maintain financial databases and reporting tools.
• Guide junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Identify areas of improvement in financial management processes.
• Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory financial reports and audits.
• Liaise with auditors and facilitate the audit process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
• Additional certifications like CFA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis roles
