Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design activities for various infrastructure projects.
• Analyze technical drawings and specifications to develop effective solutions.
• Work closely with procurement teams to source materials and equipment.
• Support the implementation of energy-efficient practices and solutions.
• Perform risk assessments for electrical projects.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in electrical project management

Technical Skills

• Power Systems Analysis
• AutoCAD Electrical

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with international electrical standards: Understanding of IEC, ANSI, and IEEE standards and their applications.
• Communication proficiency in Afrikaans: Ability to converse effectively in Afrikaans is a bonus.
